Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. Arkispace is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 12 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

Exchanges
