Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, orders can be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, with delivery taking an additional 2–6 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 3–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
