At Arkispace, we understand that you may need to update or cancel your order after it has been placed. This policy explains how you can request changes, the timeframes involved, and what to expect once your order enters processing or shipping stages.
We aim to provide a flexible and transparent process while ensuring orders are handled quickly and accurately.
Order Modification Window
Orders may be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe after being placed. Since we process orders quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or modification, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and request details
- Submit your request as soon as possible
Our team will review your request and respond promptly. Approval depends on whether your order has already entered processing or shipping.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once canceled, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your order.
Order Changes
You may request changes to your order before it enters processing. Common changes include:
- Updating shipping address
- Changing product size or variant
- Correcting customer information
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If incorrect information is provided, delivery issues may occur.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to update the address.
If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. In such cases, you may need to coordinate with the carrier directly.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Shipment
